One loud, unbothered brand, from site to film.
Brand and website for WDCWC, a culture project rooted in streetwear and street basketball, carried through to the film coverage of the night.

Overview
WDCWC is a culture project rooted in streetwear and street basketball. The name says the attitude out loud: we don't care, we create.
We handled the brand and the website that carries it, and the campaign around the night itself, right through to the film coverage. From the landing page to the film, it all had to read as one loud, unbothered whole.

The challenge
Street culture spots a fake from across the court. A project like this cannot look like a brand agency dressed up for the weekend. It had to feel made by the people in it: rough edges, real photos, a bit of noise. And it had to stay one thing across very different places: a website, a campaign and a film.
Torn paper, real people
The landing page is built like a street poster: torn-paper edges, cut-out photos of players behind a court fence, the name in big orange letters straight through the middle. Nothing is polished flat. We wanted it to look made with scissors and tape, because that is how this culture makes things.

The film carries the brand
The night got film coverage, and the film wears the same look: film-strip frames, colour bleeding through, the manifesto about not caring what others think set in heavy capitals. The words come straight from the brand, so the film and the site feel like the same voice talking.
