Draft. The final wording is on its way.

  1. Quotes are fixed for 30 days.
  2. Payment: 50% on signing, 50% on launch. Subscriptions billed monthly in advance.
  3. Revisions: two rounds per phase. Extra rounds and scope changes agreed in writing first.
  4. Ownership: full IP transfers on final payment. We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
  5. Third-party costs (fonts, stock, platform plans) are paid by the client.
  6. Subscription:
    • pause for a month;
    • notice of one month;
    • one active request at a time;
    • unused time doesn't roll over.
  7. Liability and governing law (Czech law).
  8. Calculator and audit results are estimates and information, not offers.
