Six steps. No big reveal at the end.

You see the work as it grows, from the first homepage design to the staging link. Here's what happens at each step, who does what, and where AI fits in.

  1. Call

    free, 30 minutes

What you're trying to ship, by when, and what a win looks like. We work out whether we're a fit, both ways.

    AI helps with
a quick read of your current site and competitors before the call.
    We do
listen, ask the awkward questions, tell you honestly whether we're right for it.
    You get
a clear next step, even if it's "not us".
  2. Brief and fixed quote

    within about 3 working days

Scope, deliverables, timeline and one price. Not a vague range.

    AI helps with
turning call notes into a structured brief, checking the scope against similar projects.
    We do
decide the approach and the price, and write it so you can forward it to your boss.
    You get
one number, one timeline, and what's included.
  3. Direction

    week 1

For websites: the homepage, designed for real, in your brand. For brands: two or three routes shown on real things.

    AI helps with
trying more layout and type variations than we could by hand, mocking a direction onto real applications.
    We do
pick the direction worth showing you, and design it properly.
    You get
something you can react to in the first week. Not a wireframe.
  4. Design and build

    weeks 2 and on

The rest of the pages, then the build on a staging link you can click through as it grows.

    AI helps with
building components from our designs, writing code, translating, testing every page on every screen.
    We do
every design decision, every review, every interaction tuned by eye.
    You get
two revision rounds per phase, and no surprises at the end.
  5. Launch and handover

Redirects from your old site, checks on every device, go live. Then a handover video and a short guide for your team.

    AI helps with
checking every link, redirect, image and meta tag before launch.
    We do
the launch itself, and watching rankings and errors afterwards.
    You get
a live site, all the files, and 30 days of support.
  6. After launch

Most sites need very little. Some teams want ongoing help.

    Options
nothing at all · Care from €290 a month · Design subscription from €3,900 a month.

The boring but important part

Payment. Half on signing, half on launch. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Revisions. Two rounds per phase. In practice we work in the open, so by the time you review, you've already shaped it.
Ownership. Everything is yours on delivery: Figma, the Webflow project or code, brand files.
Support. 30 days after launch, included.
Start. Usually within two weeks of signing.
Exclusivity. We don't ask for it. We take so few clients at a time that conflicts are rare, and we'll flag one before signing anything.

The tools we use

We work in your tools when you have them
Figma, Slack, Linear, Notion, GitHub, Webflow. Ours are listed on the Studio page.

Questions

When can you start, and how long until we see something?

Usually within two weeks. Something useful lands in the first week: a homepage design, a brand route, or a clear direction. If you have a hard deadline like an event or a launch, we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.

How do we communicate during the project?

A shared Slack channel or email, whichever you prefer, plus short check-ins when there's something to decide. You always talk to Peter or Tibor.

What do you need from us?

Your content (or what you have of it), access to your current site and analytics, and one person who can make decisions. That last one matters most.

What if we don't like the direction?

We change it. That's why we show the homepage first, before the rest of the site is designed on top of it.

Do you work with our developers?

Yes. We can design and hand over, or design and build. For product UI we sit with your developers in Slack rather than throwing files over the wall.

Tell us what you're working on.

30 minutes, no pitch deck. We look at what you have and tell you what we'd do, in what order and roughly for how much. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

We reply within one working day.
