Turnaround is per request, one at a time. A big project like a full website or a new identity is better as a project, and we'll tell you so.
It started with a quick fix
BetterBrain came to us more than three years ago for what was meant to be a quick Webflow fix on their mobile site. We never really left. Since then we've run their site as their design partner, sharpening the design language, the conversion rate and the brand, and the work grew into their digital product. In-house cost is our estimate: a senior designer's gross salary (75 000 Kč in Brno, 90 000 Kč in Prague, €3,200 in Bratislava, based on Platy.cz, Platy.sk, nettocalc.com and Grafton's Q3 2025 survey) plus employer contributions (33.8% in Czechia, 36.2% in Slovakia, 2026), plus about €550 to €600 a month for equipment, software, meal allowance and hiring costs. Questions about the subscription
What is an embedded design partner?
A design team that works inside your company like staff would: in your Slack, on your board, in your release rhythm, without you hiring anyone. That's what the subscription is. We learn your product and brand once, then ship every week. BetterBrain has worked with us this way for more than three years.
Who actually does the work?
Peter and Tibor. Peter on UX, web and motion, Tibor on brand and visual design. No juniors, no account manager.
What if we don't have enough work every month?
Pause for a month, and pick up where we left off. If it's quiet for longer, a project or Care is probably a better fit, and we'll tell you.
How do requests work?
You add them to the shared board and set the order. We work on one at a time, top first, and post updates every 1 to 2 working days. Bigger requests get split into steps you can see.
Can we start with a trial?
Every subscription starts with a single month. After that it runs month to month with one month's notice. No annual contract, no exit fee.
Why not hire a designer instead?
A good senior designer takes months to find and covers one skill set. With us you get web, brand, motion and build from day three, and you can stop when you no longer need it.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. On the Design plan we hand over Figma files and sit with your developers in Slack. On Design + Build we ship it ourselves.
Do you work in our tools?
Yes. Figma, Slack, Linear, Notion, GitHub, Webflow: wherever your team already lives.
Is there anything you don't do?
Back-end development, paid ads management, photo and video shoots, and copywriting from scratch. We'll point you to people we trust.
Who owns the work?
