We came to fix mobile. We never really left.
How a quick Webflow fix turned into years as BetterBrain's design partner: website, landing pages, conversion and product design.

Overview
BetterBrain is a US brain-health company that sells directly to people. The science behind it is serious, and the website has to make it simple enough to act on.
They came to us for what was meant to be a quick Webflow fix on their mobile experience. We never really left. Since then we have run the site as their embedded design partner: the design language, the landing pages, the conversion work and the design system that holds it together. Along the way the scope grew past the website and into their digital product.

BetterBrain
“Peter is a next level designer and developer. He's already helped us bring our website to the next level and create tons of content that didn't exist before he started working with us. We've since expanded his scope to help us refine the design of our digital product. His work is quick, collaborative, and extremely high quality. I love that he brings his own design eye to the work we do and suggests improvements that we haven't even thought of.”

The challenge
A health product lives or dies on trust. Visitors arrive curious, a bit sceptical, and with a lot to take in: biomarkers, tests, a programme, the science behind it. A long page full of research loses them. A thin page sounds like every other wellness brand. And the site never stands still. New pages and campaigns keep coming, so the design has to hold together as it grows, without a designer redrawing it every time.
A partner, not a ticket queue
We work inside the team, not from a brief thrown over the wall. We follow how pages perform, hear the product conversations and suggest improvements before anyone asks for them. That takes longer to set up than a one-off project. It pays back on every page after, because each one starts from what we already know about their visitors.

Science, one idea at a time
The science stays, but it arrives in small pieces. Biomarkers become short labels you can scan. Progress becomes a card with one number and one line. Faces sit next to the data, so the page feels like health, not a lab report. We decide what a visitor needs in order to act, put that first, and let the detail wait one scroll further down.

A system the team can build with
Landing pages come often, so we built the site as a set of parts: sections, cards, type and colour that fit together in any order. A new page starts from parts the team already knows, not from a blank canvas. That same thinking is why the work could move into their digital product. Once the design language was clear on the site, it carried over.
